About Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ (c. 6/4 BCE – c. 30 CE) also called Jesus of Nazareth, Jesus of Galilee or simply “Jesus Christ”. On the ground of enough evidence it is believed that his birthdate was between c. 6 BCE – c. 4 BCE, but not any later than 4 BCE. He was born on c. 6–4 BCE at Bethlehem whereas died on c. CE 30 at Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Mary and his father’s name was Joseph.

Jesus Christ was a Jewish preacher, religious leader and later became a central figure in Christianity, the world’s largest religion. Most of his followers believe that he is the incarnation of God. He is also considered an important prophet in Muslim tradition and the precursor of Prophet Muhammad (570CE – 632CE).
